Gandhari OTT Release: When and Where to Watch Taapsee Pannu’s New Thriller Online
Gandhari OTT Release has become one of the most talked-about updates among fans eager to watch Taapsee Pannu’s new thriller.
Taapsee Pannu has returned to the OTT space with Gandhari, and the film is already attracting attention for its intense storyline and emotional premise.
Unlike a typical action thriller that relies only on high-octane sequences, Gandhari puts a mother’s desperation at the centre of the story. Taapsee plays a woman whose life takes a devastating turn when her daughter goes missing—and what follows is a dangerous journey where she refuses to give up.
So, if Gandhari has been on your watchlist, here’s everything you need to know about its OTT release.
When Is Gandhari Releasing on OTT?
Gandhari premiered on September 3, 2026, and is available for streaming online.
The film skipped a traditional theatrical release and arrived directly on OTT, making it one of the notable Hindi thriller releases of the month.
Where Can You Watch Gandhari?
The answer is simple: Netflix.
Gandhari is streaming exclusively on Netflix, so viewers with an active subscription can watch the film online.
With the buzz surrounding Taapsee’s performance and the film’s dark premise, Gandhari has quickly found a place on the watchlists of thriller fans.
What Is Gandhari About?
At the heart of Gandhari is Bani, a mother whose world falls apart after her daughter disappears.
But instead of accepting her fate, she decides to fight back.
Her search takes her into a dangerous and unfamiliar world filled with people she cannot trust and secrets she never expected to uncover. What makes her journey even more difficult is that she loses her eyesight—but that doesn’t stop her from continuing the search for her daughter.
The story is essentially about how far a mother can go when everything she loves is taken away from her.
And that emotional conflict is what makes Gandhari more than just another action thriller.
Taapsee Pannu in a Powerful New Role
Taapsee Pannu has played several strong and unconventional characters over the years, but Gandhari gives her another emotionally demanding role.
Her character isn’t presented as a larger-than-life superhero. She is a mother dealing with fear, grief and uncertainty while trying to survive a situation that keeps getting worse.
That combination of vulnerability and determination appears to be one of the film’s biggest strengths.
